Dear Parents,
This will be a Review Week!!! We will be reviewing all the
colors that we have studied so far with the corresponding vocabulary words
introduced for each color.
This
week we will be working our second author study which will be about Eric Carle.
Eric Carle is an amazing author of the books we will be studying this week. His
books are great to encourage creativity, art techniques, life cycles of
butterflies and so many more great lessons. The best of it is that he writes in
a very fun and friendly way to get children engaged to his stories.

This week in
our science unit we will be talking about THE
BUTTERFLY LIFE CYCLE. Some of the vocabulary words we will be learning this
week are: butterfly, egg, caterpillar,
cocoon, and pupa. If you have any poster or
any other material that you are willing to share with the class, we would
appreciate if you will let us borrow them from you.
We hope you enjoyed your very long weekend. For this week I will be needing that little request I had from last week. Which are empty and
clean plastic bottles of any size with a twistable lid (at least 2 per child)
and 1 empty and clean egg carton. I will appreciate a lot your help with these
two little things.
