Sept. 24-28, 2018

Dear Parents, 

This will be an evaluation week!!! We will be evaluating all the colors that we have studied so far with the corresponding vocabulary words introduced for each color. And fine motor skills. 

This week we will be working our 3rd author study which will be about Lois Elhert. Lois Elhert is an amazing author of the books we will be studying this week. Her books are great to encourage creativity, art techniques, LOIS EHLERT has created many picture books, including Leaf Man, Pie in the Sky, In My World, Growing Vegetable Soup, Planting a Rainbow, and the bestselling Waiting for Wings.

This coming week children will be evaluated, from Monday to Wednesday, from Thursday to Friday I will be out of the country, I will attend to a conference. So I will be absent these couple of days. Ms. Reina will come as a substitute teacher.  
ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 28 WILL  BE HALF DAY,  CHILDREN WILL BE OUT AT 11.45.
THE NEXT COMING WEEK FROM OCTOBER 1st -5th, THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES IN OBSERVANCE OF THE SEMANA MORAZANICA, CLASSES WILL RESUME ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 8, WE WANT TO WISH EVERYONE A GREAT WEEK OFF!!!

Thanks a lot for your help so far, with all the actvities we have had these last weeks.

This week we will carry on with the review of the vocabulary of the colors we have learned so far since the beginning of the school year. Which are colors: red, blue, yellow and green.  And we will also will be having many activities with your children. 

The books we will be reading this coming week will be about the Author: Roald Dahl

In our science class we will be working with science experiments. If you are willing to share something especial with your child (like an interesting science experiment) you are welcome to do so.
