We want to wish you a very happy and blessed New Year 2019. Welcome back! Hope you had a great winter holiday!
This is a full week, and we will be using our time to start right away with our third quarter.
Dear Parents,
This week we will begin our first study learning about Shapes.
We will be reviewing color white and introducing the shape circle. The
vocabulary words we are going to be focusing on are: plate, orange,
cookie, bubbles, ball, CD, and clock.
And please don't forget to send toys from home that are with the shape of a circle, To discuss them in class. We will return them back on Friday. The kids get excited to
bring things from home.
Some of the stories that we will be reading this week are:
Fish eyes
Lots of dots.
The dot
Our Nursery Rhyme this week
is: “Row Row your boat”
“Make a circle”
I am attaching you the link
of the video of this song we will be learning throughout the week. We will
learn two versions of this nursery rhyme. Just a little tip to have fun at home
listening and acting out our song.
- It's always important for children to bring a water bottle every day, they have an active day, so they need to be hydrated.
- Don't forget to send the folder every Monday.
- Check the folder and notebook every friday.
