week of Oct. 02-06

Dear Parents,

This week we will continue learning about color pink. We will be working on color pink activities.The vocabulary words we are going to be focusing on are: pig, flamingo, cotton candy, rose, lips
If you have any items at home that are color pink, send them over with your child and we will be discussing them in class, we will display them on a table and we will return them back on Tuesday. The kids get excited to bring things from home. Thanks a lot for your involvement.

This week we will continue talking about PARTS OF THE BODY. Some of the vocabulary words we will be learning this week are: head, mouth, eyes, ears, nose, feet, and hands.If you have any poster or any other material that you are willing to share with the class, we would appreciate if you will let us borrow them from you.

We hope you enjoy your very long weekend. I just have one little request. For the week we come back we will be needing some beans and rice just to work on our working stations.
I have got a bit at school but it´s really hard to save it, because the kids like to throw it, so we are running out of it. We usually use it to develop sensory, so I would appreciate your collaboration. 

We would like to remind you all that because of the October Holidays, we will not have school on Oct. 4th, 5th, and 6th; school will resume on October 9th. We would like to wish all of you a safe and happy long holiday. Enjoy it to the maximum with your child.







* Les informo que estaré ausente por 2 semana, estaré de regreso de nuevo el lunes 16 de octubre por lo tanto; llegara una maestra sustituta, los niños ya la conocen y algunos de ustedes la conocieron esta semana, su nombre es Maria Fernanda, también estará Ms. Pamela, pero cualquier siempre estoy a la orden!
