Week of Nov. 30 - Dec. 4

Dear Parents,

This week we will be continue our first study learning about Shapes. We will be working and learning about the circle. The vocabulary words we are going to be focusing on are: plate, orange, cookie, bubbles, ball, CD, and clock.

If you have any items at home that are with the shape of a circle, send them over with your child and we will be discussing them in class, we will display them on a table and we will return them back on Friday. The kids get excited to bring things from home. Thanks a lot for your involvement.

Our Nursery Rhyme this week is: “Hey Diddle, Diddle”

I am attaching you the link of the video of this song we will be learning throughout the week. We will learn two versions of this nursery rhyme. Just a little tip to have fun at home listening and acting out our song.

Our annual Songfest will take place on Friday, December 11th  at 6:30 p.m. Please mark this date and time on your calendar. Take into consideration that this is the time where traffic gets a little bit hectic in this city. They are all very excited practicing their song every day with a lot of enthusiasm. We also want to remind you that your child needs to come in dressed as village people, any doubts or questions about the costume. Please contact us as soon as possible. We are more than available in helping you.

We would love to have a Christmas Party with the children on the last day of school (Wednesday, December 16th). If you have any idea on what or how we can do it we would greatly appreciate if you can contact us via email, whatsapp or at school. Thanks in advance.
